Why do I do it?

I am passionate about enabling Disabled people, and all groups experiencing discrimination, to speak for themselves and take control of the services they use. I strongly believe that co-production and co-design of services are integral to achieving genuine inclusion.

I am very encouraged to see that inspection bodies such as the Care Quality Commision have, at last, recognised the central importance of co-production and co-design. Having experienced a range of such projects which have achieved varied degrees of success, I am excited to bring my learning to organisations and be involved in the development of best practice.

Where do I work?

I live in Bristol. I can travel and am willing to work anywhere in the UK. I have a  DBS check, all relevant insurances and am IR35 compliant.
